Vince Caruso

I’ve had the privilege of living a life full of love, growth, and adventure. I was born in Provo, Utah, to Ron and Sandi Caruso and grew up in Boise, Idaho, before moving to Salt Lake City when I was 14. I graduated from Brighton High in 1987, and 1989, I married my high school sweetheart, Chelle. Together, we raised two incredible kids, Cicely and CJ, who bring us so much joy. As a family, we love to travel, explore new places, and enjoy spending time together.

Nature has always been my sanctuary. There’s something magical about being by the river, fly fishing, or just soaking in the world’s beauty. Chelle and I love getting our hands dirty in the garden, planting trees, and watching things grow from the ground up. It’s a reminder of how amazing life is and how much we have to be thankful for.

Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of healing and growth, both physically and emotionally. I’ve explored many different modalities to heal from past traumas and have found profound transformation through practices like Reiki, Psych-K, and MAP. I’m passionate about helping others on their own healing journeys, and I’m excited to share the tools and insights that have made a difference in my life.

I truly love my life and feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful people and experiences. I’m grateful for every moment, and I’m always excited to connect with others on a path of growth and discovery.
