Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Product Access
All products offered by The Presence Practice are digital and delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment through our checkout system (GoHighLevel), you will receive access to your purchased product via our application hosted on Replit.
Access is typically granted immediately after purchase. In some cases, it may take a few minutes for access credentials or confirmation emails to be delivered.
Because access is granted instantly and the content can be consumed immediately, all purchases are treated as used upon delivery.
No Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Guided audio practices
Digital programs and systems
Membership or subscription-based content
Any downloadable or streamed materials
Once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered in full.
Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)
Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:
1. Duplicate Purchase
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
2. Technical Access Issues
If you are unable to access your purchased product due to a verified technical issue on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered.
Before a refund is issued under this condition, you must:

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
You changed your mind after purchase

You no longer have time to use the product
You forgot to cancel a subscription (if applicable)

Subscription Products (If Applicable)
For any subscription-based offerings:
Payments are billed on a recurring basis as stated at checkout
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for previous payments
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access to all products
Provide evidence of this policy and product access logs to payment providers
