Update Flows & Audios are guided experiential practices. They are the primary way people engage with the work and are designed to support regulated states, awareness, and integration over time.

Are the audios tied to a specific facilitator?

No. The audios are not facilitator-specific. They are offered as part of The Presence Practice and are presented as experiences rather than teachings or instruction.

How are the audios accessed?

Audio offerings are accessed through a private, logged-in library. Access is tied to your account and available via streaming only. Downloads are not provided.

Is this coaching or mentoring?

No. The Presence Practice is not a coaching service. It is centered on practice, experience, and repetition rather than sessions, advice, or instruction.

How do courses fit into the work?

Courses are supportive and integrative. They deepen and contextualize the audio-based practices and are designed to support ongoing engagement rather than replace the update flows.

Are courses offered live or on a schedule?

Courses are primarily offered virtually. Live offerings are announced periodically when scheduled. Language and timing remain flexible unless specific dates are listed.

Do I need to start with a specific offering?

Many people begin with a foundational or daily practice, while others engage directly with an Update Pack. The work is designed to be entered through experience rather than a prescribed path.

Are individual (1:1) sessions available?

A limited number of individual sessions are available by request for those already engaged with the work. These sessions are offered selectively.

Do you offer custom retreats or group experiences?

Custom retreats, private groups, and tailored courses are available by request. These are created based on fit and appropriateness for the group, organization, or community.
