• Written materials, scripts, and frameworks

• The Presence Practice method and structure

• Course content, lessons, and exercises

• Visual design, branding, and layout

• Application interface and user experience

are the exclusive property of The Presence Practice and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

When you purchase or access a product from The Presence Practice, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This means you may:

• Access and use the content for your own personal development

• Stream or view materials through the authorized platform

• Engage with the practices as intended

Prohibited Use

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content

Protection of Method & Framework

The Presence Practice includes a structured system, methodology, and proprietary framework.

You may NOT:

• Replicate or teach the system as your own

• Use the structure or materials in your own products, services, or programs

• Reverse engineer or extract the method for commercial use

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of any content may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access

• Legal action where applicable

• Claims for damages and enforcement of intellectual property rights

Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from The Presence Practice, you acknowledge that:

• You do not acquire ownership of any content
